We are pleased to inform you about the appointment of Mr Jacques CHARLES as the new General Manager of Constance Lemuria Resort with effect as from 01 May 2009. He will replace Mr Philippe GUITTON who has been appointed as Regional General Manager, Seychelles. Mr Charles, who is a French national, was since 2004 Director of Hotels Lattitudes in France, which forms part of the group Pierre et Vacances, in charge of 12 hotels and golf courses. He was in paralell responsible for Seminars and Incentives including a number of hotels and residences within the same group. Mr Charles who holds an MBA has enjoyed a rich career spanning over a period of 16 years with the Meridien Group where he held the following positions: · Commercial Manager at 5 different properties. · Area Marketing Manager for the Mediterranean region in charge of 15 hotels · Deputy General Manager of the Meridien Nice during 18 months. · General Manager of the Meridien Jean Les Pins in France for 3 years · General Manager of the Meridien Nice in 2001 from March 01 to June 04.
