We have noticed a remarkable increase in the number of family travellers to our resorts. As such, we have also had an extraordinary increase in the number of requests for interleading and adjacent rooms.

While we will always endeavour to accommodate such requests, please be advised that they are strictly subject to availability, and are in many cases influenced by uncontrollable factors (such as faulty in-room equipment necessitating use of alternative accommodations).

We will always place families with younger children higher on the priority list for interleading family rooms.

Please ensure that your clients are aware that we are never able to absolutely guarantee interleading rooms to avoid disappointment on arrival, and a marred holiday experience as a result.
